On a desktop or laptop, the interface is straightforward. You simply type your details and press the entry button. If you are using a smartphone or tablet, the same process applies, but the keyboard may appear differently. Ensure you have selected the correct device keyboard layout.

Please remember that passwords are case-sensitive. A capital letter in the wrong place will prevent entry. If you are unsure of your details, do not attempt to guess. Instead, use the password recovery link below the entry field to reset your credentials securely.

The sign-in system is secure, which means it will lock your account after a few failed attempts. If this happens, you must wait for the timeout to end or use the recovery options. This protects your funds and personal information from unauthorised access. Take a moment to breathe and check your spelling before trying again.

If you cannot remember your password, look for the 'Forgot Password' link near the sign-in form. Clicking this will open a request form where you must enter the email address associated with your AmunRA account. Do not worry if you have forgotten which email you used previously.

Once you submit the request, a message containing a secure link will be sent to your inbox. You must open that email and click the link to create a new password. The system will then allow you to set a fresh password that you can use to log in immediately.

The two things that usually go wrong with this process are the email landing in a spam folder or the link expiring. If you do not see the message in your main inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If the link no longer works, simply request a new reset email.

It is important that you do not share your reset link with anyone else. Only you should have access to the email address linked to your account. If you change your email address in the future, you must contact our support team to update your profile details for future password recovery.

Sometimes, your password is correct, but your account still will not open. In this case, a pending verification hold may be active on your profile. This means we are waiting for you to upload required documents to confirm your identity before granting full access to the platform.

Another reason for blocked access is a self-imposed limit or exclusion that you previously set. Players can choose to pause their account for a set time to manage their play responsibly. If you are still within that time frame, the system will not allow you to log in until the period expires.

In rare cases, a duplicate account may have been created by mistake. We operate strict rules to prevent multiple profiles per player. If our security team identifies a duplicate, they will restrict access until the matter is resolved by our support staff.

A routine security review is also a possible cause. This happens if we detect unusual activity that requires investigation. While these reviews are standard practice to keep everyone safe, they cannot be lifted by the player. You must wait for the review to finish or contact support for an update.

Two-step verification is a security layer that adds protection to your account. When enabled, the system asks for a code in addition to your password. This ensures that even if someone knows your password, they cannot enter without your approval.

The code is a short code sent to your registered mobile number or email address. When you log in, you must type this code into the provided field. The system will check it to confirm your identity before letting you proceed.

If the code does not arrive, check your signal strength or ensure your phone can receive SMS messages. If you are using email, check your spam folder again. If the code is rejected, it may be expired. Simply request a new one and enter it promptly.

Some users find this process inconvenient, but it is vital for keeping your funds safe. If you lose access to the device receiving the codes, you must contact our support team to have the feature removed. Do not try to bypass this step, as it is a requirement for account security.

If standard steps fail, check for these environmental causes. A stale saved password in your browser may be causing the conflict. Clear your browser history and try typing the password manually to ensure accuracy.

A cached session can also interfere with the login process. Try opening a private or incognito window and attempting to sign in again. This forces the browser to load a fresh version of the page without old data.

An aggressive ad blocker or extension might be blocking the login form. Disable your extensions temporarily and reload the page. If the form appears, you know the extension was the culprit.

A VPN placing the account outside its own market is another common issue. The system may block access if it detects a location mismatch. Turn off your VPN and try again. An outdated browser can also cause errors, so ensure you are using the latest version.
